From Intentions to Reality: A Creative Ritual

A free workshop to help you bring clarity to your intentions — and express them through intuitive art.

Knowing what you want is the beginning of any meaningful change. In this gentle workshop, we use a short meditation to connect with one clear intention — something that genuinely comes from you rather than expectations or pressure from other people.

Once your intention feels aligned, you’ll translate it into a small intuitive painting or “intention card.”

This isn’t about artistic skill or creating a perfect piece. It’s about giving your intention a shape, color, and presence so it can stay alive in your awareness over the next weeks.  No art experience needed — just an open heart, a little curiosity, and simple materials.

In this workshop, you will:

Find Clarity

Tune into what you truly want through a gentle guided meditation.

Listen to Your Intuition

Strengthen your connection to inner guidance so your decisions feel aligned and grounded.

Create Freely
Explore intuitive painting as a way to express intention — even if you’ve never painted before.
Bring Intention into Form
Make a simple intention card that acts as a visual reminder of what you’re calling in and the small steps you want to take.

Who is this for?

  • Anyone curious about combining creativity, intuition, and intention-setting in a kind and accessible way.
  •   ou don’t need experience in art, meditation, or manifestation.

  • Just bring:
  • Open mind
  • Willingness to explore your inner world
  • Basic art supplies (details will be provided upon registration)

Why join?

Because intention-setting becomes clearer — and more meaningful — when you give it a visual shape.

This workshop offers a quiet, creative space to reconnect with yourself, honor what you want, and express it gently through color and symbol.

When you’re done, you’ll have a small piece of art that keeps your intention present in your daily life.

 Meet your host

Anna-Emilia Hietanen

Hi! I’m Anna-Emilia, a Finn living in Mexico City — an educational consultant, artist, mom, and intuitive multipassionate.

Art and storytelling have been part of my life for as long as I can remember. In 2017, I began listening more intentionally to my intuition, and I discovered that art was not only a way to express myself, but also a way to connect with my inner truth. It has guided me through joy, change, and difficult times.

My work weaves together art, intuition, and education because I believe creativity helps us reconnect with who we truly are — with clarity, courage, and gentleness
